| Kotao Tomozawa
Kotao Tomozawa was born in 1999 in Bordeaux, France. She graduated from the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts in 2024 and currently lives in Japan.
KotaoTomozawa’s signature motif is heads masked by slime or gel-like ribbons. Painting in oil on canvas, she dipicts lifelike flesh tones with vibrant colour. She takes inspiration from calming moments of her youth spent playing with slime.
Despite her young age, Kotao has a unique worldview and is making her presence known in the field of contemporary art.
This piece introduced today is very large and impressive. It’s around 2 m tall which is very rare.

MADSAKI piece is of Skeletor, the skeleton-faced character from “Masters of the Universe.”

Shigeki Matsuyama is an artist who creates works that ask audience how they should handle technology and information in an age where technology continues to evolve and AI technology has become an indispensable part of people’s lives.
Yoshitomo Nara‘s “COSMIC GIRLS: EYES OPENED/ EYES CLOSED (set of 2)” was an offset print produced in a limited edition of 500 each for the “Yoshitomo Nara Exhibition” held at the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in Newcastle, England in 2008. It has a strong following.
Naka Erika is a japanese female artist who incorporates symbols she sees and objects from everyday life into her paintings, creating works that are characterized by thick application of acrylic paint.
Munakata Shiko is a world-renowned printmaker.
Munakata calls his prints “woodblock prints,” and while using traditional woodblock printing techniques, he conveys the charm of Japanese tradition and nature by taking advantage of the texture of the wooden boards, the beauty of the grain, and the shading of the ink.
The word “woodblock prints” reflects Munakata’s belief that the soul of the wood must be directly created.
The watercolour piece intoruced today was painted during his stay in China between 1938 and 1940.
